Please see below some important inforamtion about our property and your reservation

Construction time:

During the time frame from August 15th though December 15th Crescent Arms allows owners to perform upgrades to their unit including remodel projects. During this time you may experience noise and other construction related disturbances during your stay. Crescent Arms makes every effort to minimize the disturbance during your stay however these needed upgrades are allowed during this time period.

Arrival and Departure

Check in time is 4:00pm Please do not arrive early without being notified by Crescent Arms Staff
Departure time is 10:00 AM please make sure that you depart on time.

Luggage Carts

Carts are provided at each building of the tower in the cart room.
Carts are for the use of tenants when bringing in groceries or luggage into their unit. These carts must be returned to the cart room after use and must not be used for trasnsporting beach accessories to the beach.

TURTLE NESTING SEASON:

Turtle season starts May 1 and ends October 31. Please help Crescent Arms Vacation Rentals efforts toward being a turtle-friendly establishment by complying with County and State Law Ordinance #97-082:

1. Close drapes after dark when interior lights are in use.

2. Remove beach furniture and trash at night so it does not hinder migration to and from the water. Any objects left on the beach will be removed and disposed of once the sun has set.

3. All beach chairs will be removed from the beach before sunset.

4. Fill in holes that may entrap hatchlings on their way to the water and knock down sandcastles.

5. Never approach nesting turtles or pick up hatchlings. If you find an unmarked nest, contact the Front Desk and we will contact the County.

7. In the evenings, please use flashlights to enter and exit the beach.

8. DO NOT DISTURB THE TURTLE NESTS IN ANY WAY! YOU WILL BE PROSECUTED

Common Area Rules

Anyone under the age of 21 is not allowed to drink alcoholic beverages on the Crescent Arms property
The use of glass on the beach is covered by a County Ordinance and could result in a fine.
Golf Carts, Motor cycles, Bicycles, roller blades, skateboards, segways and scooters are not allowed on the property.
Towels, bathing suits and air mattresses are not to be hung over the railings or left on the balconies.
Walkways of Building must be clear at all times. Chairs, toys, shoes, strollers and bicycles must be stored in either the unit or the bike rack area.
Fires are not allowed on the property including the beach.
Kayaks and bikes must be stored by the grill area.
Gas grills are located at the North and South sides of the towers. Grills may not be reserved and must be turned off after using.
Charcoal grills are not allowed on the property besides the ones provided by the villa owners. Gas grills cannot be used on individual unit balconies. This is a fire code violation.

Housekeeping Services

Crescent Arms Vacation Rentals supplies towels and bed linens. There will be a set of 6 bath towel sets, 6beach towels and a set of sheets for all bedding in the unit. Housekeeping provides only a starter kit of toiletry items including paper towels, toilet tissue, soap, and dish detergent. Additional items will need to be purchased. We do not supply additional items.

Laundry Facilities

Laundry facilities are available on each floor in buildings 2,3,4,5,6 and 7. The hours of operation are between 9:00 AM and 10:00PM. Quarters can be purchased in the clubhouse.

Misc. Beach Rules:

Make your beach day fun by being responsible, respectful and courteous to your other guests. If you have any issues please contact the beach attendant and or the crescent Arms office so we can help sort out any issues.
Crescent Arms loungers and chairs are provided. They are set up every morning and brought back in by staff in the evening. You may start selecting your beach chair / lounger at 7:30 Staff will help organize and monitor the selection of chairs. Staff limits the number of guests selecting chairs at one time to a maximum of 5 guests at a time. No cutting in line or trying to select a chair before the staff has allowed you to select your chair is allowed.
Your Beach Placard must be present with you while sitting in the chairs. You are only allotted 6 beach chairs or loungers. Under no acceptation are you allowed to have more than 6 with 1 placard. You will be asked to remove any excess chairs or loungers so other guests can enjoy the beach loungers.
Tents are allowed on Crescent Arms Beach if they are 10′ x 10′ or smaller. All tents must be separated by at least a 10′ permitted. All tents and canopies must remain behind the signs posted at the beach.
You may rent a beach umbrella from Sammys Beach bums. Rental of umbrellas does not guarantee your chair location. You must first select your location before the beach attendant will deliver your umbrella.
All beach equipment must be taken down before sunset and properly stored.
Only 1 Volleyball, Badminton or other nets allowed on Crescent Arms Beach.
Please clean up all trash that you may have brought down to the beach and please pick up any litter that you find on the beach. The birds and sea life thank you for this.
Please limit the number of seashells that you collect. Please do not collect any live seashells and sand dollars. They are stinky when they die and it is detrimental to the sea life ecosystem to kill animals unnecessarily.

Parking

You are designated 1 parking location.

If you have rented a villa your parking spot is in the garage.

If you rented a Condo unit your spot is under the carport in the designated spot. Please see the map for your location.

Additional vehicles are limited and are a first come first serve basis. You must get a parking pass from the Crescent Arms office.

Crescent Arms is not liable for any damage or missing items to or from your vehicle.
