This beautiful condo has a prime location. It is a front center unit on the ground floor which enables you to walk right out the lanai, down the steps, and be right on the beach. It's ideal for families with small children or elderly family members. The sleeping arrangements feature a king bed in the master bedroom and two doubles in the guest bedroom. The unit is completely turnkey furnished including all linens and kitchen wares.

Once you enter our private, gated community, leave your car in our secure, covered, assigned parking spot. Luggage racks and shopping carts are available for you to use to make transporting your luggage and groceries easy. On-site coin-operated laundry facilities are on each floor steps away near the elevator.

The city of Sarasota has all the social and cultural attractions you could possibly desire: Marie Selby Botanical Gardens, Mote Marine Aquarium, The John and Mable Ringling Museum of Art are all minutes away. Downtown Sarasota is full of restaurants, galleries and shopping, A few miles north on Lido Key is St. Armand’s Circle, a destination full of trendy shopping and lots of great restaurants.

Airports: Sarasota Bradenton International Airport (SRQ) is the closest with many direct and connecting flight options. Tampa International (TPA) and Fort Myers International
