Unit 405N did not disappoint! Upon arrival we noticed the condo to be very clean, open, inviting and updated! It's the little things that this condo had that sets it apart from others. The coffee set up, starter kitchen, dish washing and laundry pods, each bathroom had shampoo, conditioner and face wipes were a nice, unexpected touch! The furnishings are nice, modern and comfortable. The beds are very comfortable(important to us!) and good closet space along with a great amount of hangers(we hang everything) and plenty of dresser space as well. Having the spit floor plan is also a bonus for more privacy! Bathrooms are nicely updated and the bath towels are very nice and thick. The online pictures do not do the lanai the justice it deserves as the in person view is really good and the gulf sound is loud and clear, so much so that we slept with the sliding doors open most of our stay! (A/C was turned off!) It's fantastic that the condo provides beach towels as packing them takes a lot of room in the suitcase! They had extra beach chairs and beach toys as well for us to use. The beach is literally steps away and the complex offers beach lounge chair set up every morning by 7:30am, and umbrellas to rent if your condo doesn't have one which ours did. The complex has a nice, large heated pool with plenty of chairs along with a few tables with umbrellas. They also have 2 grills, bike racks, SELL BAGS OF ICE in the office...HUGE and each condo has an assigned covered parking space. The towers also have laundry service on all floors and that was a plus as it was located just outside our condo! The location is absolutely ideal! Easy walking distance to many restaurants, shops, bars and the Crescent Market! The free trolly station is just across the street and a 5 minute ride to the village. All in all, great condo, nice complex and we will return to 405N for sure!
