Guests can unwind in the comfortable living area, enjoy meals together in the dining space, and take advantage of a well-equipped kitchen that includes a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, stove, coffee maker, toaster, blender, baking sheet, cookware essentials, and more. The kitchen is currently being updated, and guests can look forward to an even more open, refreshed, and beautiful space once the remodel is complete.

This unit Features:
Beach front property! Easy access on and off the Island! No loading up a car or crossing streets just walk out of the building onto the sand!
2 Bedroom 2 bathroom. Sleeps up[ to 6 people, Screened in lanai with patio furniture. Full kitchen, dining area, Tv in each room with free Wi-Fi.
Shared resort amenities:
Heated pool. Private Beach. BBQ area with gas grills. Free Beach chairs provided. Beach personnel you can rent an umbrella from. Beach towels included.
Bed linens and bath towels included. We do not have a linen service if you would like fresh linen you will have to wash them. Coin operated laundry in the tower buildings. Villas have washers and dryers in the garage.
If you want to enjoy the sugar-white sand of Crescent Beach on Siesta Key Florida, shop or just relax by the pool, located directly on the beach side of Midnight Pass Road, we offer something for everyone: BEACH!!!, Wi-Fi, cable television, generous closet space, a lanai or glassed-in porch and a fully furnished kitchen. This was our third year in a row in this condo and we love it,love the upgrades and look forward to staying there for the month of February next year

Unit 405N did not disappoint! Upon arrival we noticed the condo to be very clean, open, inviting and updated! It's the little things that this condo had that sets it apart from others. The coffee set up, starter kitchen, dish washing and laundry pods, each bathroom had shampoo, conditioner and face wipes were a nice, unexpected touch! The furnishings are nice, modern and comfortable. The beds are very comfortable(important to us!) and good closet space along with a great amount of hangers(we hang everything) and plenty of dresser space as well. Having the spit floor plan is also a bonus for more privacy! Bathrooms are nicely updated and the bath towels are very nice and thick. The online pictures do not do the lanai the justice it deserves as the in person view is really good and the gulf sound is loud and clear, so much so that we slept with the sliding doors open most of our stay! (A/C was turned off!) It's fantastic that the condo provides beach towels as packing them takes a lot of room in the suitcase! They had extra beach chairs and beach toys as well for us to use. The beach is literally steps away and the complex offers beach lounge chair set up every morning by 7:30am, and umbrellas to rent if your condo doesn't have one which ours did. The complex has a nice, large heated pool with plenty of chairs along with a few tables with umbrellas. They also have 2 grills, bike racks, SELL BAGS OF ICE in the office...HUGE and each condo has an assigned covered parking space. The towers also have laundry service on all floors and that was a plus as it was located just outside our condo! The location is absolutely ideal! Easy walking distance to many restaurants, shops, bars and the Crescent Market! The free trolly station is just across the street and a 5 minute ride to the village. All in all, great condo, nice complex and we will return to 405N for sure!
