Starting from August 15 2026 through December 15 2026 there are units being remodeled. During this time, you might have some noise disturbance.

(2027) During the months of August, September, and October of 2027 the elevators will be undergoing a modernization upgrade. There is nothing wrong with the elevators, this is just a upgrade to the elvators to better serve you as a guest. During August 2027 and the first part of September 2027 the elevators in the North tower will be out of service. The second Part of September 2027 and October 2027 the South tower elevator will be out of service. You can still book some of the units during this time but please know that if you book a unit above the first floor you will need to use the stairs to get to the unit. Some units on upper levels might have discounts if you choose to walk up the stairs. Please contact the office to make sure the times of the elevator being worked on and if there are any discounts if you don’t mind the exercise and walk the stairs.
